First-year math in Delaware
Clemta Essentials with Delaware's fee: $459. The package with the same fee: $509. Clemta is $50 cheaper to start.
The picture flips in year two. Clemta's $349 comes around again, while the package costs $99 for the agent. Five years of Essentials, before state fees, is $1,745; five years of the package is $795. Clemta's price includes an address and reminders, which we don't provide, so weigh whether you'd use them.
Three differences worth knowing
One renewal, and it's small
After the $399, the only recurring charge from us is the registered agent at $99 a year. You can end it from your dashboard.
Preparation, not just guidance
Clemta guides you through the bank application. We write it. Once you've signed the SS-4, we complete your partner application using your order, attach your Certificate of Formation, and send it after you approve it. Your EIN isn't needed first. Our partners review and decide, and we can't guarantee an account.
A documented no-SSN EIN
We prepare Form SS-4 the way the IRS directs applicants without an SSN, collect your e-signature, and fax it. The IRS generally assigns an EIN within two to eight weeks.
When Clemta is the better fit
If a US address with mail scanning is part of what you need, or you want a single subscription that can grow into federal filings, state reports, and bookkeeping, Clemta's plans cover that. It's also a good match if you expect to deal with the BE-13 survey. Check with Clemta that Delaware is available, since its pricing page doesn't list states.
Delaware basics for either choice

- No annual report, but a flat LLC tax: $400 for 2026, paid by June 1.
